01 · Scope

Only services agreed in writing are included. Additional work may be charged.

02 · Bookings & payments

A non-refundable advance confirms the date. The balance is usually due before delivery. Taxes are extra unless stated.

03 · Cancellation

If a booking is cancelled the advance is forfeited. Rescheduling depends on availability and may cost more. Force majeure applies.

04 · Deliverables

Timelines are shared in advance and may vary.

05 · Revisions

One round of reasonable revisions is included. Further rounds are chargeable.

06 · Copyright & usage

Avi Jaiswal Ffilms retains copyright. The client receives a licence for promotional use. Resale needs written consent. Work may be shown in our portfolio.

07 · Client responsibilities

Provide accurate details, approvals and releases on time.

08 · Creative control

Creative control rests with the service provider.

09 · Liability

Liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service, or a reshoot.

10 · Storage

Files are kept for a limited time as a courtesy. Clients must keep their own backups.

11 · Confidentiality

Both parties keep confidential information private.

12 · Governing law

Indian law applies, with jurisdiction in Delhi / New Delhi.
